Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to ArmaLive, including the website, live shopping surfaces, auctions, giveaways, seller tools, and related services. By creating an account or using ArmaLive, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Where firearms, ammunition, or other age-restricted products are involved, you must also meet the minimum age and other legal requirements that apply to you.

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your use of ArmaLive, including laws governing firearms, shipping, and online commerce.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or platform risk.

ArmaLive is a live marketplace platform. We provide streaming, discovery, checkout orchestration, and related tools. Except where we expressly say otherwise, sellers are the merchant of record for their sales.

ArmaLive is not a licensed firearms dealer, does not take possession of firearms, and does not complete Form 4473 or NICS checks. Regulated transfers must occur through a licensed FFL in accordance with applicable law.

Live streams, bids, RSVPs, and giveaways are offered by sellers on the platform. Auction bids, purchases, and promotional entries may be binding under the rules shown at the time of the event. Do not bid or buy unless you intend and are legally able to complete the transaction.

Payment processing, shipping, taxes, fulfillment, and refunds are handled according to the checkout flow and the responsible seller’s policies, subject to platform rules. Chargebacks, failed payments, or suspected fraud may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.

ArmaLive and its logos, product names, and interface are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse platform content except as allowed by these Terms or by the owner of that content. Sellers and users retain rights in their own listings and streams, and grant ArmaLive a license to host, display, and promote that content on the service.

ArmaLive is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that listings, streams, or seller statements are accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmaLive and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid to ArmaLive (excluding amounts paid to sellers) in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using ArmaLive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnities in seller agreements) remain in effect.

We may update these Terms. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
