This Privacy Policy explains how ArmaLive collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the site, create an account, watch live streams, bid, shop, or apply to sell. By using ArmaLive, you acknowledge this policy.

Account data such as name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), referral codes, and profile details you provide.

Transaction and commerce data such as orders, bids, shipping addresses, and payment tokens processed by our payment partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on ArmaLive systems.

Seller application and compliance data, which may include business identity, licensing, and firearms-related attestations you submit during onboarding.

Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, cookies, and usage events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to operate accounts and live commerce, route you to the correct workspace, process orders and referrals, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, send service messages (such as stream reminders you request), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with sellers as needed to fulfill orders and provide customer support for their sales.

We use service providers for authentication, hosting, payments, email, streaming, shipping quotes, and identity verification. Those providers may process data only to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

ArmaLive does not take possession of firearms. Licensed dealers remain responsible for legally required transfer records. Information you provide for regulated purchases is used to facilitate lawful checkout and FFL transfer workflows and to enforce platform rules.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser. Disabling some cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and compliance requirements. You may request deletion of your account through the Help Center, subject to those obligations.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Submit requests through /help. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

ArmaLive is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us through the Help Center so we can delete it.
