Accessibility Statement

ArmaLive aims to make live shopping usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, captions, and other assistive technologies. We design public and account surfaces with semantic HTML, visible focus states, skip links, and sufficient color contrast as a baseline.

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for marketing, account, and checkout flows. Live video, third-party embeds, and rapidly updating auction interfaces can be harder to make fully conforming; we continue to improve those surfaces.

Live streams depend on the broadcaster’s camera, audio, and whether captions are available. Not every seller stream includes captions.

Some older or experimental seller tools may not yet match the accessibility of the shopper and marketing surfaces.

If you encounter a barrier, tell us through the Help Center at /help. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if relevant. We take accessibility reports seriously and will work to address them.

ArmaLive is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and common screen readers. If a feature does not work with your setup, the Help Center is the best way to reach us.
