Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct that is not allowed on ArmaLive. It applies to shoppers, sellers, viewers, and anyone accessing the platform. Violations may result in content removal, stream interruption, account suspension, or termination.

Do not use ArmaLive to buy, sell, trade, or transfer anything illegal. That includes prohibited firearms and accessories, stolen goods, fraudulent listings, and transactions that evade background checks or licensing rules.

Do not attempt straw purchases, ship regulated items in violation of law, or misrepresent your identity, age, or licensing status.

Do not manipulate auctions or giveaways, place bids you cannot honor, submit false reviews, impersonate others, or interfere with another seller’s stream or listings. Do not scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

Do not harass, threaten, or dox others. Do not post hate speech, extremist content, or sexual content involving minors. Do not upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, streams, or systems.

Streams must not promote illegal activity, unsafe handling of firearms for entertainment that violates law or platform rules, or fraudulent sales practices. Sellers must follow Livestream Conduct Rules and applicable seller agreements.

ArmaLive may investigate reports, cooperate with law enforcement when required, and take action without prior notice when we believe there is legal, safety, or platform risk. Repeated or severe violations can result in a permanent ban.
